Orders made through the Gold Rose Emporium website will be processed on either the same day or the following business day, however, same-day deliveries cannot be guaranteed as delivery issues can occur from time to time. Orders will not be processed public holidays or weekends.


Deliveries and Shipping

Gold Rose Emporium cannot guarantee delivery times. Gold Rose Emporium will not be held liable for: Damage or loss or delays of any of our products.

Responsibility of deliveries which remain unclaimed or denied is held by customers.

It is the responsibility of customers to make sure someone is ready to take delivery at the address on the order for the item. Couriers might leave a “failed delivery” card. Responsibility remains with the customer to organize redelivery of items.

Warranties and Returns

Customers cannot make a Warranty or Customer Satisfaction claim if damage to products is the result of misuse or accidents. The cost of a product being returned is the responsibility of the customer.

Gold Rose Emporium gold rose products must not be bent or scratched. This will void the Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty.

Customers must give Gold Rose Emporium 7 days notice for any products or addresses which are incorrect before the return of any items.

For structural reasons, all of our gold rose products contain some artificial parts.

All gold roses sold by Gold Rose Emporium contain the highest purity of gold available on the market. The gold purity ranges between 22 and 24 karat gold. Gold Rose Emporium has tested the purity of the gold used in the gold roses.

Gold Rose Emporium cannot be held responsible for stock shortages, mostly around popular times of gift buying like Christmas and Valentines Day.

Customers must notify Gold Rose Emporium within 2 days of receiving the product if it has been has been damaged by a courier company.

Back Orders

Cancellation of Orders

Order cancellation can only be requested if orders have not been processed and products have not been delivered.
